Claims Ledger Bays
Every mineral claim, licence block and recorded boundary is entered in a numbered bay and reconciled against the state register, so the map and the register agree before any review begins.
Read the claims lane →Huayou International Lithium (Hong Kong) Limited runs a quiet, disciplined review room above the harbour at Rm 15 5/F Hung Hom Commercial Centre Tower B, 37 Ma Tau Wai Rd, Hung Hom, Hong Kong - 999077, Hong Kong (HK). Every claim, certificate and shipment note that reaches us is logged, cross checked and filed in a sequence we can defend years later. Follow the review sequence →
Request a claims desk conversation →Lithium work is rarely short of paperwork and rarely short of disagreement about what the paperwork means. A claim ledger that looked tidy in one office can look thin the moment a buyer, a regulator or a joint venture partner asks a second question. Huayou International Lithium (Hong Kong) Limited exists to close that gap. We read the documents, we reconcile them against each other, and we return a structured file that states plainly what is supported, what is missing and what has to be confirmed before money or title moves.
Our vault is not a showroom. It is a working room with core boxes on shelves, assay runs in binders and offtake notes in labelled bays. The team at the Hung Hom office has spent years handling the ordinary correspondence of a lithium programme, which means we know where the quiet mistakes hide: a sample number that drifts by a digit, a certificate that cites a superseded method, a shipment booking that names a quay the tenement can no longer reach. Catching those before a transaction closes is the whole point of the practice.
We serve holders of exploration licences, trading desks that have taken assignment of a claim package, family offices holding a minority stake, and technical teams that need an independent reader before a board meeting. Every engagement follows the same six-lane sequence you can read in full on our services page, and every file we close carries a plain summary that a non-specialist can follow. That summary is often the most valuable page in the pack.
Each lane below is a standing part of our practice. They are not packages to buy in any order; they are stations in a vault, and a file usually passes through several before it is closed. Select a lane to read the full method on the services page.
We keep the sequence short because long sequences rarely survive contact with a real deadline. A typical engagement passes through four movements, each with a written note at the end of it.
A ninety minute conversation on the phone or in the Hung Hom office to hear what the holder has, what the holder needs to prove and who will read the result.
Claim registers, laboratory certificates, tenement correspondence and offtake drafts arrive in a single intake bundle and receive a bay number on arrival.
The six lanes are worked in the order the file demands, with each finding logged against the document that supports it and each gap named plainly.
The file closes with a summary, a support table and a short list of open items, all filed under the bay number and retained for the period agreed at intake.
Every package that arrives is tied to a bay number and a named reviewer. When a buyer asks a question six months later, the answer comes back from the same shelf rather than from a search across three mailboxes.
Assay work is quietly cumulative. A single certificate rarely shows a problem, but a run of certificates across a drill programme will show method drift, poor check samples or a grade jump that owes more to sampling than to geology.
Our summaries keep evidence and judgement in distinct columns. A reader can follow the supported facts without accepting our view, which is exactly how an independent review should read.
A file closes with a small list of things not yet shown. That list is not a failure. It is the most useful paragraph in the pack, because it tells the holder where the next conversation has to go.
If you hold a lithium claim package, an assay set or an offtake note that needs a careful reader before the next board meeting, we can arrange a first sitting at the Hung Hom office or by phone. Call +18509772246 or write to connect@haersinvest.lat and we will confirm a time within two working days.
